Fees may be charged by the public institution unless the electronic file is received via email.

1. When filing an information disclosure request, please write accurately, focusing on the necessary content.
2. Incorrectly entered mobile phone numbers or email addresses may result in information disclosure processing information being sent to others. Please enter these details correctly.
3. Be aware that requesting information on a broad range of topics may incur high fees. (Refer to the fees outlined in Article 7 of the Information Disclosure Law Implementation Rules)
4. Requests containing personal information will not be processed. Examples of personal information include social security numbers, passport numbers, and other personal identification numbers.
5. As per Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the "Public Institution Information Disclosure Law" and Article 12, Paragraph 1 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Public Institution Information Disclosure Law," you can receive a notification within 10 days from the date of the request.
6. If the whole or part of the information requested for disclosure is deemed related to a third party, the fact of the request will be notified to the third party in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 3 of the "Public Institution Information Disclosure Law."
7. If there is no decision on information disclosure within 20 days from the date of the request, you can file an objection to the public institution or initiate administrative litigation (in writing or online at www.simpan.go.kr) as per the provisions of Articles 18 to 20 of the "Public Institution Information Disclosure Law."
